The next week, I was feeling good.
My eyes were clear, my breathing steady and my heart was pounding like it never has before.
But then something happened.
I lost my sleep.
I was still sleepy but I was having trouble getting it back.
I’m not a doctor or sleep expert but I have been watching how the body adjusts to sleep deprivation.
I found myself waking up to a heavy snore and falling asleep after the first few minutes.
I’ve been doing the same thing in the past.
It’s a phenomenon called sleep inertia, and it’s not something that’s going away.
It can be a big problem for people with sleep disorders, including those with depression, sleep apnea and other sleep disorders.
People who sleep poorly or too little get into sleep inertia.
They wake up at night and find themselves struggling to fall asleep.
When they do fall asleep, they don’t have enough time to fall back asleep.
They can fall asleep in an hour or so, even a few minutes later.
They have trouble getting back to sleep.
They fall asleep again the next day and sleep poorly.
When I was in the middle of getting my sleep fix, my doctor told me that I was probably suffering from sleep inertia and that it was something that was going to be remedied by taking extra sleep.
It wasn’t until a few weeks later that I found out what the problem was.
I had lost 30 minutes of sleep before the night before and I was getting really sleepy.
I couldn’t fall asleep because my body was struggling to recover from sleep deprivation in the morning.
I knew that I needed to get some sleep.
The only way I could do that was to work out.
So I went to a gym, and I started working out.
I began to lose weight.
I started taking a long walk and doing more exercises that would make my body sleep.
Eventually I started getting my energy back and I felt like I was sleeping through the night.
My doctor recommended that I try the sleep supplement.
I took it and started getting some sleep again.
But it was still a struggle.
At one point, I even started falling asleep when I was walking down the stairs in the hallway.
I got so tired I couldn.
When sleep is the main concern of most people, sleep inertia can be an issue.
It could be that your body is in a state of sleep inertia when you’re tired and you fall asleep but it doesn’t seem to matter if you’re not getting enough sleep.
If your body isn’t recovering properly, you may be more likely to fall into sleep deprivation and sleep inertia symptoms.
It doesn’t mean that your sleep is being disrupted, but it’s possible that your circadian rhythm is messed up and that your mind may be misaligned.
I didn’t realize how important sleep is for my health until I started doing it.
But sleeping is so important to our health, especially during the summer.
Even if you don’t get much sleep, getting enough to stay awake and not get into bed early can be very beneficial for your overall health.
